We give a written quotation for each project we undertake. All our equipment is warranted - 12 months for new machines, 3 months for rebuilds.
We're not the cheapest supplier of PC equipment. You'll probably pay more for one of our machines than you would if you bought mail-order. But our support is good and our new kit is as "standard" as we can make it - so if it needs upgrading in a couple of years, it ought to be possible to upgrade it.
We also offer help and advice with PC problems in general, especially hardware problems. This service runs outside normal business hours.
